Speed at the till
Cashiers should never fight the software during a rush. Shortcuts, barcode, and MoMo belong in the same flow.
About us
Qellon started from a simple observation: most POS tools ignore how African shops actually run — cash and mobile money side by side, stock that walks out the door, and accounts that still live in notebooks. We built a multi-tenant cloud platform so owners can cut losses, keep proper books, and sell faster.
Mission
Less loss. Clearer books.
Our mission
Help every serious retailer across Africa — from Accra provisions to Lagos pharmacies and Nairobi kiosks — run modern commerce without hiring a full IT team. That means clear tax math where required, roles that protect owners, and hardware settings that match the printers and scanners already on the counter.
We believe the till should be the source of truth: every sale, every stock move, every invoice shared with a customer. When the books and the shelf disagree, owners bleed money. Qellon exists to close that gap.
What we believe
Cashiers should never fight the software during a rush. Shortcuts, barcode, and MoMo belong in the same flow.
If it left the shop, it should leave the system. Alerts and policies catch leakage early — not after stocktake drama.
Roles and PINs mean staff can sell without seeing cost, tax settings, or payroll they shouldn’t touch.
Presets for markets like Ghana GRA so compliance is a setting — not a spreadsheet ritual.
Print when you have a printer. Email or WhatsApp when the customer is already on their phone.
Web dashboard for owners. Mobile for the floor. Same catalog, same tax, same books.
What we ship today
Laravel SaaS backend with REST APIs, a polished web POS and analytics dashboard, Flutter mobile apps, country tax presets (including Ghana GRA Form VAT 3 style reporting), tenant roles & permissions, and system settings for printers, barcode readers, and stock policy.

The road so far
Shop owners were juggling a till app, an Excel stock sheet, WhatsApp invoices, and a tax calculator — and still couldn’t explain month-end losses.
A multi-tenant POS where sales, stock, staff, tax, and invoices share one database — available on web and mobile.
Deeper offline resilience, more country tax packs, and tighter hardware partnerships so every counter can go live faster.
Open the shared showcase store — one login for everyone. Walk Settings → Printer, Barcode, and Stock, then ring a sale on the web terminal or explore the Flutter app.
