Yes. The Android and iOS apps can sell and add products without signal, then sync when you’re back online. The web dashboard needs an internet connection.
Yes. Checkout supports cash and mobile money references (MoMo and similar rails). Change is calculated for cash tenders so cashiers stay fast during a rush.
Tenants can use local tax presets. Ghana shops can run Standard statutory levies or VAT Flat Rate, with a clear line-level breakdown on receipts and invoices. Tax-exempt items are supported for staples.
Yes. Create quotes and invoices, then share a PDF link by email or open WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. Thermal print still works when you have a printer.
Depends on your plan. Trials and paid tiers set limits for users, branches, and monthly transactions. Admins invite managers and cashiers with roles, PINs, and permissions.
Not on day one — you can sell from a browser or phone. When you’re ready, pair thermal printers (58mm / 80mm) and barcode scanners from System Settings.
Yes. Qellon is multi-tenant: each shop is its own tenant with its own catalog, sales, staff, and settings. The shared demo is a public showcase store only.
Add products one by one, or download the Excel template, fill your catalog, and import in bulk. Categories, prices, and low-stock alerts can be set as you go.
